A ready-to-use sports gel to which water has already been added. This gel contains various sources of carbohydrates with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Available in various refreshing flavours.

This drinkable gel is ready to use and can be consumed without water. Take the Drink Gel just before or during an intense sports session.
Usage
Gels are often used when eating a bar is not possible (due to, for example, a high heart rate), such as during activities like running. They can also be applied during hockey, for instance, during breaks or substitution periods. While cycling, gels are frequently used at the end of a tough training session or during periods when the heart rate is elevated, such as when climbing a mountain.
Recommended usage: Take 1-3 gels per hour of effort. Usage depends on the individual's carbohydrate needs.
The Drink Gel can be ideally combined with the Energy Line products: Energy Nougat, Energy Fruit Chew, Energy Drink, Fast Bar, and Ice Gel.
Drink Gel Nutritional Value (without caffeine)
Ingredients: Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store product cool and dry, out of reach of young children.
