The Amacx Fast Bar is a source of various types of carbohydrates that provide the right support (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Thanks to its soft texture, this bar is easy to consume, making it ideal for use during sports. The bar consists of 40% almonds and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Available in Chocolate and Vanilla flavours.

Due to the gradual absorption of carbohydrates, this bar is ideal for use during long (intense) training sessions in combination with other products from our Energy Line. Additionally, the soft texture makes the bar easy to consume.
Usage
Take the Fast Bar immediately before, during, or after exercise.
Recommended use: Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate requirements.
Ideal during a short explosive effort. Be sparing with too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine this bar with: Energy Nougat, Energy Fruit Chew, Drink Gel, Energy Drink, and Ice Gel.
Fast Bar Nutritional Value (Vanilla)
Ingredients: ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOJA protein isolate, flavoring. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, nuts, peanuts, and eggs.
