Amacx Turbo Drink On The Go replenishes your energy reserves during a long training session that demands a lot of your body. This drink contains 40g of carbohydrates per bottle. The correct ratio of glucose to fructose (1:0.8) in this drink means that your body is able to absorb the carbohydrates without intestinal or stomach problems. Take this drink after a long period of exercise of at least 2 hours. The drink is available in Lemon and Watermelon flavour.

Usage
The Turbo Drink On The Go can be used either before, during or after exercise. Recommended use: Mix the contents of the sachet with your water bottle and 500ml of water. Drink 1 bidon per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.
