Usage

Turbo Fruit Chew: take before, during or after exercise.

Recommended use: Eat 1-2 chews per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Get sufficient carbohydrates and fluids through other (sports) foods (preferably from the Turbo Line), such as the Turbo Gel and Turbo Drink.

Ingredients Cassis: fruit pulp (51%), sugar, glucose syrup, elderberry concentrate, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, natural flavors.
